VOYAGERS
(4 y.o. - Fifth Grade)
Meets weekly on Wednesdays (Sept. - May), 6:00-7:30 p.m. MT at
New Hope Ministry Center, 118 East B Street

Ages 4-Kindergarten
Game Time: Non-competitive fun games
Lesson Time: -  Songs, finger plays and stories about Jesus and his helpers
Snack/craft time - 30 minutes of snack and a small craft time to reinforce the lesson

Grades 1-4
Game time: Non-competitive fun games
Lesson time: Traveling through the New Testament and decoding a cartoon to remind us of the name and purpose of each book
Small group time/Bible verse memorization

Grade 5
Game Time: Non-competitive fun games
Lesson Time: Small groups for study focusing on age-appropriate topics (e.g. friendship, peer pressure)

WOMEN'S MINISTRY
The purpose of the Women's Ministry is to provide opportunities for spiritual growth and encouragement for the women of the church.

Meeting Information: 7:00 p.m. MT, third Monday of each month (Sept.-May) at First Baptist Church. This is a time of fellowship, devotional/Bible study, and prayer. All women are encouraged to come. Offer a ride to someone! Need a ride? Let us know!

SERVANT EVANGELISM

This ministry focuses on sharing God's love by serving members of the community. Projects might include washing windows, handing out cold drinks on a hot day or providing refreshments after a parade. All are with 'no strings attached' for the recipient.

MOPS (Mothers of PreSchoolers)

Ever feel like you're on a roller coaster? Going around and around and not getting anywhere? Then you need MOPS. It's a Play-Date for Moms. We are a fun, inspiring group of MOMS who have children preborn through age 5. We socialize, create, learn and grow in Christ. Children are cared for by loving volunteers in a  safe & caring environment. Suggested donation - $5.

Meeting Information: The 2nd and 4th Friday of each month (September - May) at New Hope Church, 319 East O Street.

ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES

Two topics are available.

A study of the book of Ruth (Group meets in the south room of the youth building)

“Twisting the Truth: Learning to Discern in a Culture of Deception” by Andy Stanley. This six-session DVD series will expose some common ways God's truth gets twisted. The topics include authority, suffering, sex and sin. There is no preparation necessary to participate. (Group meets in the sanctuary.)
